Borderline rules

Within 2 marks — A final mark of 68% or 69% is awarded a First if at least 120 credits at level 5 or 6 scored 70% or more, with at least 60 of those credits at level 6. The same pattern applies at 58–59% for a 2:1 and 48–49% for a 2:2.
